At Shop Soulaan, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
